Finished the Thermostat at 4am last night

Just prior to finishing

Thank god I’ve an awesome 944 friend who’s willing to drive an hour out to help me in my sick, dazed, and starving hours of need at 2am. I actually vomited after eating for the first time in 12 hours when I started to get back to work on the car at midnight.

Just have to bleed the system after work.

Jesus all i have to do is undo a hose and two bolts and the thermostat is out. Of course my thermostat is part of the housing and costs double compared to a normal one.

Old cars are so much fun :)

I’ve pulled some late-nighters before, but 4am? Brutal. T-stats are one of those things that ought to be a 10 minute job, tops.
